Let's be real, those first few weeks of bringing new baby home are a blur. The challenges of adjusting to a new family member, who has a sleep schedule of their own, and healing are no joke. As a mom of two I totally get it!
It is important to me that your newborn session is as stress free as possible. I come with lots of wardrobe options from my client closet for you, new babe and any siblings. I do not limit myself in the way of time. There will be lots of breaks, feeding and diaper changing. Sessions are meant to feel relaxed, not rushed.
Newborn sessions at your home or in my studio are typically 1.5 to 2 hours in length. I keep it simple. I don't come with props, crazy lighting or any expectations with how the session will go. New baby usually determines that. I use the comfortable features of your home: a living room couch, your bed, the new nursery and look for nature window lighting. Simple is better and truly the session is about capturing those sweet moments between you and your newborn.
